Chicken Parmesan Pockets


OOH LaLa doesn’t this look good?! Well it is AND it’s so easy to make. You can even make extra and freeze them. Perfect for a night you don’t want to cook and easy enough for children to help.
This recipe is super versatile. You could have different fillings to meet all your family’s needs.
Ingredients for dough
- 1 cup flour
- 1/5 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
Mix dry ingredients then add milk. Stir until mostly combined. Cut into fourths and roll out in round circles.

Filling Ingredients
- 8 tbsp marinara sauce
- 8 ounces cooked or shredded chicken breast
- 8 tbsp cheese (mozzarella)
- 4 tbsp parmesan cheese
- Baby Spinach
Lay out round circles and add filling to center of the dough. Pinch dough together at the top. Add toppings.

For Topping
- 1 beaten egg
- sesame seeds
- kosher salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheet with silicone liner or parchment paper (makes it way easier to clean). Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
