Do you have frequent headaches? Whip up some magnesium lotion by Binks

I have headaches all the time. In fact, I see a headache neurologist once a year. Other than the inevitable prescription meds, she directed me to take magnesium daily and drink tons of water. Both help to stave off the headache cycle. Through research I learned magnesium is more easily absorbed through the skin than taken orally. Supplements are great, and I take those too, but recently made a batch of magnesium lotion, which is amazing and doubles as a thick moisturizer applied to my feet and legs. The recipe is very simple. It’s best to apply at night as magnesium is known to help sleep.
